aI had a few interviews about 2 months ago whilst I was still in work hoping to secure a position before leaving, most of the companies said no, but one invited me back for a second interview. I was excited and have prepared very thoroughly. Now 2 months later, I know the company inside out, down to the blueprints of each and every building they own! I keep contacting the employment agency that I got the interview for, but they keep saying that the recruitment team is too busy at the moment to perform the interview. I was just wondering whether anyone else has had to wait such a long time for a second interview? If not, what would you recommend?Would you recommend contacting the company themselves to find out whether you actually have a second interview, remain patient or something else?
