I work at an assisted living center for the elderly. I have one resident that hasn’t liked me since I started working here several years ago. She finds reasons to yell at me about something, and treats me like I don’t know what I’m doing. Lately, I’ve been hearing from co-workers that she talks about me behind my back and acts like I don’t know how to do my job. I’m a nurse and have more education than most of the people in this building. I just don’t know what to do anymore. She has all her marbles, So I’m sure she knows that she is being hurtful. I go above and beyond for her to try to get on her good side. No luck! Any suggestions?
And might I add that she’s a nun!
