aIt’s just for a room and the rest is shared. This place is BRAND new, absolutely beautiful. It’s in a great area and a slow neighbourhood, right next to a new shopping center (about 4 years old, very busy).It says rent includes, cable, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, utilities, etcShared kitchen, living area/dining area, patio etc. and street parking available.
